Continuing Education

At the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation we offer continuing education for you and your employees. We cater equally to employees in (supra-)regional companies and to entrepreneurs.

Our training programmes focus on different areas of knowledge and competence in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and intrapreneurship. Our offerings can be attended as individual training seminars as well as comprehensive training programmes. We attach great importance to the combination of digital and in-person training elements as well as the reconciliation of training and everyday life.

Continuing education Innovation Manager

This modular training program provides you with relevant methods for developing, evaluating and implementing innovations.

First, theoretical basics are created in the modules "From the idea to innovation" and "Business models as innovation drivers" by means of self-learning units in the basic area. The content is deepened in an interactive short workshop, which expands on the basics and takes up special topics. Focal points include scaling innovation, innovation portfolio and innovation leadership & culture.
